Getting tickets from online anywhere is outrageous. Charging like $3.50 to PRINT AT HOME??? It doesn't make sense.

Tell me about it. I had to do that 5 times, as well. But being where I am, at least I know I have them in hand!

Ticketmaster is absolutely a legit company. I've unfortunatley had to purchase tickets from Ticketmaster for countless concerts throughout my life. The fees are flat out ridiculous though. "Conveince" fees, "Order Processing" fees....it's all garbage. They simply rape you for money. Ticketmaster was one of the original ticket brokers before there were a million of them & they became so popular. Ticketmaster basically has rights to large percentages of tickets, therefore only allowing the band/team to sell a limited number of tickets directly to fans. They paved the way for Stub Hub etc.

Happens everywhere with all these fees. You think you're paying a sum amount for something and end up forking out an extra 10% or so on top. It is ridiculous.

The tickets are so expensive.
