You make a great pass every once in a while, have a nice wrist shot, and cower in the corner most of the time?

Yea and put up 70 + points a year

Yea i mean that's pretty good, for a cowering player, who cant pass that great.

Touche.

I just had to take the opportunity; I don't respect that type of player. Points or no points.

Well if Upshall was to come out and score 60 goals next year and win a Hart Trophy, he'd still be my favorite.

I understand that. I think a lot of Philly fans are like that. But to purposefully eliminate the best player on the team from being your favorite makes no sense to me. I'm guessing most people do that so they don't seem like bandwagon fans. But you should just be yourself.

I'm the same way. With the Phillies last year, everyone loved Chase and Jimmy, I loved Rowand. Everyone loves Richie and Gagne, I love Upshall. I don't really know why but I always like the people who don't get all the praise and attention, but still work their butts off.

Richards for me. I love the enthusiam and competitiveness he brings to the table every night. He's also a very well rounded player and that scores a lot of points for me.
Umberger (sniff sniff) was a very close second. That leaves Hartnell & Kimmo for the current 2nd choices.

I chose other, & decided to "show love" to a defensmen, & say Ryan Parent. I don't know WHY, but for some reason his ability to step in last year when Coby got hurt, & not seeming the least bit tainted by the lack of playing time he got in a month, really 'drew' me to his playing ability! I think he has definitely got A LOT of potential. He's not great with scoring, but even given that, somehow, I think he'll have a few goals here & there in his career.
My "close seconds" have to be Richards, Lupul, Downie, Biron, Briere, Giroux, Coburn, Timonen, & Cote. (Wow, that's A LOT of seconds! lol That isn't in any order either, just how I thought of their names.)
